Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nebula Interactive, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use washforcash.com (the "Service"). Questions: questions@washforcash.com.
1. Information we collect
- Browsing without an account: nothing personal. A randomly generated, anonymous browser cookie lets you react to and rate events; it contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity.
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We never receive or store your Google password, and we do not maintain passwords of our own.
- Event content you post: event details, addresses, photos, and any contact email you choose to display. Published listings are public.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We receive only the payment status, amount, and a transaction reference.
- Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site.
2. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: a session cookie (keeps you signed in), an anonymous device cookie (one-reaction-per-person fairness), and a short-lived sign-in state cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
To operate the Service: authenticate you, publish your listings, process listing fees, show reaction counts and ratings, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. When information is shared
- Publicly, by you: everything in a published listing, including any contact email you add to it.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, image storage), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (the event addresses you enter are sent to it to place map pins), and content delivery networks for fonts and map libraries (which receive standard request data such as your IP address).
- Legal: if required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or the public.
5. Data retention and deletion
Account and event data are kept while your account is active. You can delete your events from your dashboard at any time. Photos you upload are automatically deleted within 7 days after your event date. To delete your account and associated personal data, email questions@washforcash.com and we will action requests within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Organizers are responsible for obtaining permission before posting photos in which minors are identifiable.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. Email us and we will honor applicable requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in is handled by Google, so no passwords are stored on our systems, and payment card data never touches them either. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
